Return and Exchange policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. Please make sure to review your purchase carefully before placing an order.
Exceptions
An exchange will be considered only in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
- Manufacturing Defects on drinkware (Non-Visible): Should your product exhibit a non-visible defect (e.g., insulation failure or internal issues ), kindly report it within 10 days of purchase so we can assist you with a resolution.
In such cases, an exchange request can be initiated, subject to our approval.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at hello@shopaire.in within:
- 48 hours of receiving your order for damaged or incorrect products.
- 10 days of purchase for non-visible manufacturing defects.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images of the product received. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed.
